If you’ve been following us for awhile, you know Jaclyn and I never used to workout, like ever! But recently we have loved getting back in shape! We both played sports in high school, but after getting married and having kids we just didn’t make it a priority. Until we went on a beach vacation haha! Shortly after going to Hawaii this past winter we realized we really needed to start getting in shape and start building muscle because we were both so “soft.” It took us a couple months to actually start going consistently. Now we go 5-6 times a week and we love it! It is such a stress reliever for us both and it makes the day go by so much faster!

 One thing that will always get me excited to workout is having new workout clothes!! So today we are sharing our new favorite yoga tops and pants from Kira Grace

My favorite day at the gym is leg day. I love a good workout that gets me sweaty and makes me feel strong. Leg day Defintely does that for me. 

I wanted to share a few of my favorite leg exercises: 

3×10 of weighted courtesy lunges 

4×12 standing calf raises 

4×12 deadlifts
